I believe that everyone should have a safe space where they can be heard and helped to navigate the difficulties in life and relationships. Your comfort is priority. Striving to make your therapeutic journey as comfortable as possible, each session is tailored to your needs. My objective is to provide personalized care utilizing clinical skills and tools to help you achieve your therapeutic goals. Everyone deserves a safe space to be heard and supported. I work collaboratively with clients, using approaches like Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy to tailor sessions to your needs.

Therapy Approaches

Family Systems

Family systems is an approach to understand human functioning that focuses on interactions between people in a family and between the family and the context(s) in which that family is embedded.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a short-term form of behavioral treatment. It helps people problem-solve. CBT also reveals the relationship between beliefs, thoughts, and feelings, and the behaviors that follow.

Solution Focused Brief Therapy

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is a short-term goal-focused evidence-based therapeutic approach, which incorporates positive psychology principles and practices, and which helps clients change by constructing solutions rather than focusing on problems.

Let's Talk

The first step in therapy is talking. Let's find a time where we can meet and talk about what's on your mind.
